This is one of my favorite properties to service on a weekly basis. The tall fescue grass is lush and green, and it always turns out looking very clean after we mow it. When I was initially contacted by the homeowner, she told me that her yard hadn’t been mowed in a few weeks (this was in the crazy spring growing season). I arrived and noticed that her yard was over 6″ long and her previous lawn guy hadn’t kept up with the edges. It took me an hour and a half to fully cut, trim, edge, and blow everything. She was so pleased at how it turned out that she tipped me $100 on top of her regular service rate. We’ve been her lawn guy ever since!
